These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
15. Dispute Resolution
We encourage informal resolution of any concerns. If you have complaints about our services, please contact us first to discuss the matter. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to formal mediation before pursuing litigation.
